霜降节气.养生小知识

                                                                      1、足部保暖

                                                                             常言道:“寒露脚不露”。寒露后,气温逐渐降低,市民不要经常赤膊露身以防凉

                                                                      气侵入体内,同时凉鞋可以收起来了,以防“寒从足生”。

                                                                             方法: 晚上用热水泡脚,可使足部的血管扩张、血流加快,改善脚足部皮肤和组

                                                                      织营养,减少下肢酸痛发生,缓解疲劳。脚自古就有“人体第二个心脏”之说。从养生

                                                                      理论看,脚离人体心脏最远,而负担最重,最容易导致血液循环不好,加上脚的脂肪

                                                                      层很薄,保温性能差,容易受到冷刺激的影响。因此,足部保暖格外重要。


                                                                      2、适时添衣

                                                                             霜降后,老人、儿童和身体体质较弱者要注意防寒保暖,逐渐增添衣服。俗话

                                                                       “春捂秋冻”,但老人和患有各种慢性疾病者则要注意防寒保䁔,防止“冻”出病来。

                                                                                  方法: 换季穿衣别太快,最好厚薄搭配,以保䁔为主,不穿单衣也是入秋养生的

                                                                       重要一点。研究认为,当环境气温降低后,体上呼吸道的抗病能力就会下降。因此,

                                                                       为预防感冒要适时更衣。


                                                                      3、朝盐晚蜜

                                                                              热与冷交替的秋季开始。养生专家提出,对付秋燥的最佳饮食良方就是“朝朝盐水,

                                                                       晚晚蜜汤”。

                                                                               方法: 白天喝点盐水,晚上则喝点蜜水,这既是补充人体水分的好方法,又是秋

                                                                       季养生、拒衰老的饮良方,还可防止因秋燥而引起的便秘。

                                                                               现代医学证明,蜂蜜对神经衰弱、高血压、冠状动脉硬化、肺病等均有疗效。秋

                                                                        天服蜂蜜还可起到润肺、养肺的作用。


                                                                        4、早睡早起

                                                                                秋季养生专家说,早睡可顺应阳气收敛,早起可使肺气得以舒展。霜降后昼短

                                                                        长,自然界中的“阳气”开始收敛、沉降。

                                                                                方法: 此时便是人们保养阳气之时,因此,起居时应相应调整。


                                                                         5、养阴防燥

                                                                                秋季雨水渐少,天气干燥,昼热夜凉。许多人相继出现中医上所说的“凉燥”症状,

                                                                         即咽干、鼻燥、皮肤干燥等。

                                                                                 方法: 饮食上,少吃辛辣刺激、香燥、熏烤等食品,宜多吃些芝麻、核桃、银耳、

                                                                          萝卜、番茄、莲藕、百合、沙参等有滋阴润燥、益胃生津作用的食物。

                                                                                 水果有梨、提子、荸荠、香蕉等;蔬菜类有胡萝卜、冬瓜、莲藕、银耳和豆类、菌

                                                                          类、海带、紫菜等。


                                                                           6、适当养胃

                                                                                  秋天气温渐凉,而胃肠道对于寒冷刺激非常敏感,防护不当就会引发胃肠道疾病

                                                                           或使原有的胃病加重。因此,秋节养生特别注意养护好胃部。

                                                                                  方法: 首先要特别注意胃部保暖,适时增添衣服,夜间睡觉要盖好被子。另外,

                                                                           消化道溃疡的发生、发展与情绪也有一定关系,要注意保持精神愉快和情绪稳定。


                                                                           7、适当运动

                                                                                  秋天气候适宜,空气质量较佳,不妨多接近自然、多运动,吸收天地精华。

                                                                                  方法: 秋季是运动锻炼的大好时机,可根据个人情况进行锻炼,长期坚持可增强

                                                                           肺功能。散步、爬山等都是很好的选择,但开始时强度不宜太大应逐渐增加运动量。


                                                                           8、扫除抑郁

                                                                                  秋季,临床上抑郁状态的患者明显增多。专家指出,深秋气候渐冷,日照减少,

                                                                           风起叶落,常会勾起凄凉之感,使人情绪不稳,易于伤感。

                                                                                  方法: 中医早就认识到登山是治疗秋季抑郁症之良方。重阳登高就是给秋季抑郁
